Meet me at 3.
MamLuft&Co. Dance
An experimental collaboration of video, dance, and live music.
SHOW DESCRIPTION
A rendezvous of space, time, music, dance, architecture, pictures, film, memories, visions of the future, altercations, sound, touch, taste, love, hate, and mysteries... MamLuft&Co. Dance presents a short evening of work as a post-modern venture into a space where time, logic, and consequences are shared by the media of moving bodies, moving pictures, and moving sound. Through the direction of Jeanne S. Mam-Luft, Meet me at 3. video artist Vince Linz, experimental composer Michael Perdue, percussionist/ML&Co. partner Jeff M. Luft, and the ML&Co. company dancers create and perform this living, breathing work. This exciting work is made anew with each performance, created from a structure wherein “improvography” is utilized, and bodies, sounds, and sights take turns at leading and speaking. The result is a rich experiment, a dichotomy of the senses.
