CityBeat Kick-off Party: TUESDAY, MAY 27
The CityBeat Fringe Kick-Off Party will be held on Tuesday, May 27. The fun starts at Art Academy of Cincinnati with the opening of the Visual Fringe from 6:00 - 9:00 PM. At 9:00 PM, the party moves to Know Theatre of Cincinnati. This year the Kick-Off boasts performances by three of the hottest Cincinnati-based bands: ECLIPSE, THE HIDERS, and FAUX FRENCHMEN. Eclipse gets the party started at 9:30 PM with their rock, funk, latin, hip-hop, jazzy sound. The Hiders, having just released their new album, Penny Harvest Field, will follow them starting at 11:00 PM with their “sweeping rhythms” and “irresistible ethereality” (CityBeat).
